My instagram feed has been awash with images of ‘overnight oats’ for months, so last night I decided to join the masses and give them a try. This no-cook, make-ahead breakfast is packed with nutrition and is absolutely delicious!
* ¼ cup dry oats
* 1/3 cup almond milk
* ½ cup low fat greek yogurt
* 1 and ½ tsp chia seeds
*½ banana, chopped
* 1 cup blueberries and blackberries
1. Mix all the ingredient in a bowl / mason jar.
2. Cover and leave overnight in the fridge
3. Take it out and consume!
