Inspiring Interiors // Modern Grey Nursery Ideas

After the lovely response I got last week from you gorgeous lot when I shared Jack’s Superhero themed bedroom makeover on the blog, it’s given me the impetus to share more interior posts on the blog.

Our home has been a true labour of love; we’ve spent hours upon hours of hard graft getting it to where it is today (with the help of super tradesmen of course!) and I’m extremely proud to call our house our home. I’ll share more room makeovers and interior posts over the coming months, but be prepared for lots of grey; we love grey interiors in the Oakes Household! From the kitchen cupboards, to our bedroom walls, grey features in pretty much every room and I adore it!

At the moment, Phoebe’s room has Farrow & Ball Pavilion Grey walls with white furniture (which she inherited from Jack) and I really like the clean, modern look and feel of it.

However my pinterest obsession has recently brought grey nursery furniture to my attention and paired with white walls and fun accessories, I can feel a room makeover coming on…(I just have to get Mr O on board first!). For those of you that also love the grey / white trend, I’ve created a mood board featuring all my favourite items as there are so many amazing stores that sell nursery furniture online, it’s a bit of a minefield!
